The 3-ply polyethylene constructed tarp has a 14 by 14 mesh weave, is 12 millimeters thick, weighs 7 ounces per square foot and has a 1200 denier weight. It is specially treated to last in outdoor weather - it's arctic flexible and 100 percent UV protected.

This tarp measures 29 feet 6 inches by 39 feet 6 inches due to the grommets along the edge of the item. It is waterproof, rot- and mildew-proof and has acid and tear resistance. The corners are also reinforced for superior durability.
